Catalog: We have over twenty thousand items in stock at any given time, so we do not issue a catalog. We do, however, have several feet of catalogs for model railroad, plastic and wooden kit, diecast model and other hobby manufacturers, and a variety of tool suppliers, so be sure to ask if you need an item you don't see. If it's available, we'll be glad to special order it for you!

Payment: We take VISA, MasterCard and American Express cards and US Postal Money Orders. Please note that we charge your account only when we ship, NOT before! We do not take checks for special orders unless you make specific arrangements ahead of time for this service. We reserve the right to limit checks to known, established customers.

Shipping: We use UPS, FedEx and Priority Mail. Priority mail shipping is generally about $5.00. We charge actual shipping costs, not an inflated flat rate. Canadian orders are shipped parcel post airmail and are charged actual cost plus any customs charges incurred. Hobbies are supposed to be fun, so we use the lowest cost shipping methods we can to keep your hobby costs down. If you're in a hurry, Next Day service is available at actual (extra) cost.

Your delivery address and telephone number are provided as necessary to the carrier who will transport your order to you.
